1.      Go to the receptionist extension.

2.      Do not lift the handset

3.      Press <<  Intercom  >>

4.      Dial <<  #652  >>

5.      Dial the time in the following 6 digit format:  HHMMSS  (for example 1:00.00 pm = 130000

6.      Press  <<  Redial  >>

7.      Press speaker.
